SPRING BOUNTIFUL BASKET – Mandatory fundraiser for all instrumental participants

This is a mandatory fundraiser for all orchestra and band students.  The proceeds will benefit the general fund. Ticket stubs and money are due March 30^th. The winning ticket will be based on the evening PA daily number drawing, Thursday, April 5, 2012.  If you volunteered to donate an item for the basket drawing, reminder letters will be sent out with basket tickets.

SARRIS' CANDY SALE - Starts Feb. 6, 2012 thru Feb. 27, 2012.  PLEASE NOTE CHANGE TO DELIVERY DATE:

Forms will be available in the Band Room and on the website.  Delivery: March 30, 2012; High School Cafeteria 4:00pm -6:00pm

HEINZ FIELD -2012 SEASON TRAINING

Training will be scheduled  as early as April.  Information about the exact date of training will be posted soon.

SPAGHETTI DINNER - April 22^nd

HOAGIE AND PEPPERONI ROLL SALE -April 23^rd thru May 7^th; Delivery:  May 14^th [dates are tentative]

Made to order 12 inch and 16 inch Hoagies in a variety of types.  Order forms will be available in the Band Room and on the website.  Order forms and payment must be returned by May 7^th.  Proceeds will be distributed to your student’s account.

Nominations for Elected Officers is now open.   Information has been posted on the website for nominating procedures.   We are especially in need of persons for VP of Fundraising,  Secretary, and VP of Publicity.   For information on these offices, please contact the Nominations Committee through the website.

Lost and Found:    An electric griddle was left at the pancake breakfast as well as some trays/containers for cookies.   If you would like these back, contact Chris Homol.

Your student account balance is now available  on the Moon Band/Orchestra website. General News

I am trying to get the first two days of pictures uploaded.

The internet at the hotel was not cooperating last night, the upload process was VERY slow and kept timing out.  I did manage to get some pictures uploaded.  It seems better this morning, but it may not finish before I have to be down for breakfast.

Hopefully I can finish then tonight.  Please check back!

UPDATE:  I found the Business Center in the hotel actually has good internet speeds.  All Day 1 and 2 pictures are done and Day 3 are uploading as I type this.  They should be doe soon.  I should be able to get them all done nightly now.
