Don't have alot of free time to volunteer and looking for ways to help? Donations are being accepted to help defray the cost of various items needed-tires for trailers, generator, paint, brake drums etc. and the list goes on. Senior Recognition Night Volunteers Needed

Parents of underclassmen are needed to help with Senior Recognition Night. We had our first meeting and there were just a few parents. FUND RAISING

HEINZ FIELD

First back to back weekend for Heinz Field. Please get your shirt size to Debbie as soon as possible if you are willing to work either game. You must be TEAM trained to work the Steeler game. We will have to forfeit this game if no one signs up. Each person that works will receive $60 towards their student account.

Orders and Payment due Monday, September 13, 2010. Delivery,Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at the High School East Hall Entrance. Pick up is between 5:00 - 6:00PM. Items are perishable and must be picked up by 6:00PM.

PIZZA HUT FUN' DRAISER NIGHTS - Every Wednesday in September

Pizza Hut will donate 20% of your purchases on the “Fun” draiser Night to the Moon Band and Orchestra. Good for Dine In, Delivery and Carry Out.

SCHEDULE CHANGE REMINDER
Please remember on Thursday, September 16, rehearsal will be from 5:00PM to 7:00PM due to the RMU College Fair. Also, rehearsal for Thursday, October 7 will change to Wednesday, October 6 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM due to Open House. PLEASE MAKE THE APPROPRIATE CHANGES TO YOUR SCHEDULES!!

MISC INFORMATION
Want an easy way to add $60 to your students account? Sign up to work with a group of Moon Band/Orchestra parents in a concession stand at a Pitt or Steeler game at Heinz Field. We have committed to this fundraiser with Aramark and we need people to step up and help. Each game that you work-$60 goes directly into your child's account and $15 goes into the general fund. Snack Donations

Thank you to all who have been able to donate snacks for the students! We use these snacks for the students after the halftime shows and as part of the meals that we will provide before competitions. If you haven't had a chance to donate, please consider doing so. We are still in need of individually wrapped snacks also-they are convenient for the games.
